AG Real Estate Advisors was formed in 2011, when Rodrigo Gomez and Marcello Agostini joined forces after 40
years of combined real estate experience, in markets such as Miami and Chicago, and opened the doors to this
unique real estate boutique company. Their strong commitment to the clients, stout code of ethics and dedication, has
allowed AG to grow at a fast pace and increase its presence in the Miami market.

Today, as a result of its mentoring and support training program, AG Real Estate Advisors has more than 60 independent
real estate professionals, the driving force behind the exceptional service offered to our clients. With over $1 billion
dollars in sales, the company is recognized by its professionalism and dedication which have permitted AG to expand its
customer base exponentially, including individual and institutional investors.

In 2018 AG spinned off into separate companies and created AG Commercial, with a team of seasoned commercial
advisors, in order to service the growing number of commercial deals and plethora of opportunities.
